Sheena Steinert
Sheena is a highly skilled remedial & Buccal therapist with a background in athletics and a passion for physical wellness. Her journey began as a junior track and field athlete, where she competed at an international level. Sheena gained further recognition as a competitor on three seasons of Ninja Warrior, where her strength, agility, and perseverance were put to the ultimate test.
Specialising in a tailored combination of deep tissue remedial massage and stretch therapy, Sheena’s treatments are customised to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her expertise also includes Buccal facial therapy, an advanced technique that targets the muscles inside the mouth, as well as the outer face.
With a holistic approach and a deep understanding of both athletic and therapeutic needs, Sheena is dedicated to helping clients restore balance and feel their best.
Pirrenee Steinert
Pirrenee Steinert (owner of Steinert Athletica) has an elite and extensive background in Track & Field. For a decade she lived and breathed her sport as a full time athlete, representing Australia on a number of occasions including the 2010 Commonwealth Games and the 2009 World Championships.
Throughout her years of competition and training she treated fellow athletes and clients from her clinic.
Since retiring from professional sport, Pirrenee has continued with a healthy and active lifestyle, and maintains a strict regimen of weight training, Cross Fit, running, and yoga.
Pirrenee specialises in and provides a tailored combination of deep tissue remedial massage, stretch therapy & dry-needling.
As a former elite athlete, Pirrenee has a deep understanding of the needs of her clients and how to best approach each of their unique requirements.
Vicki Mokomoko
Vicki is passionate about helping her clients and has 15 years of experience treating. To compliment her remedial skills she has completed specialised training in Neurokinetics and spent time in Beijing learning traditional Chinese healing, in particular cupping therapy.
Vicki is an athlete herself, having played hockey from primary school (rep level) until 2016. Since then, she has taken on new physical challenges such as long distance walking (completed Brisbane Coastrek 30km and 60km walks, the 20km Kokoda Legacy Walk and the 48km Kokoda), has cycled Cambodia from Siam Reap to Sihanoukville and has completed the NZ Mud Run.
If you've had an injury, feel imbalanced, have scar tissue, or chronic or repetitive issues, Vicki can work with your body through testing, releasing and activation to alleviate pain, increase mobility and help restore alignment.
